- Lend-In is a commercial finance broker. We introduce businesses to a panel of trusted lenders and providers (“Partners”).
- If you submit an enquiry, we may share your details with one or more Partners to assess your eligibility for funding.
- We may receive a commission from Partners for introductions (amount varies by product/provider; details available on request).
- We cannot guarantee that you will receive an offer of funding or that any offer will suit your business.
3. Credit and identity checks
- By applying through Lend-In, you agree your details may be shared with Partners, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.
- Partners may run soft searches (no impact on credit score). Some may run hard searches if needed for a formal decision.
- Fraud prevention agencies may share information to prevent crime. If fraud is detected, you may be refused finance, services, or employment.
4. Using our services
- Provide information that is accurate and complete.
- We may request business accounts, bank statements, or other financial details to identify suitable products.
- We may suspend or withdraw services at any time without notice, including for misuse or suspected fraud.
5. Intellectual property
